From the highest peaks of Norway’s mountains, and from the depths of its deepest fjords, the band Kings of the Valley emerged to make retroprog great again.

Kings of the Valley’s music incorporates intense guitarlicks, melodic bass, pulsating drums and dreamy vocals. KOTV’s sound is heavily inspired by 70s-rock, psychedelic rock, good ol’ progressive rock and modern stoner rock.

Kings of the Valley’s critically acclaimed debut EP was released by Brygga Records. Since then it has been recommended by NRK P3 Urørt, and the song «Wake Up» has been used in the NRK’s original series «Unge Lovende». They also won the Bandwagon prize in Norway 2018.
